Admissions
What to bring Short list. Nothing you don’t already have.
Outpatient means you sleep at home. You’re not packing for a facility. Here’s what makes day one smoother.
- — Insurance card (front and back)
- — Photo ID
- — Medication list (or the bottles themselves; we’ll copy the labels)
- — List of current prescribers (PCP, psychiatrist, any specialists)
- — Emergency contact name and phone
- — Comfortable clothes — you’ll be in groups for several hours
- — Water bottle + snack — there’s coffee and water on-site but a snack helps
- — Notebook if you like to take notes (optional)
What you don’t need: overnight bag, valuables, or paperwork you don’t already have. We handle the intake documentation on day one.
