Medications

Do you take medications? *
If you take medications, we require you provide a small coded or locked box safe large enough to fit them. Medications are stored in this at all times. Counts are regularly requested and are done with the resident present.

Outpatient program & insurance

Sober living is $500/month regardless of insurance. Insurance covers the outpatient side (PHP or IOP) if you are attending clinical treatment.

Real Deal has pet-friendly beds in select houses.

Pet Policy. We allow dogs in our homes with staff approval and a $500 pet fee. Pets may be asked to leave the property if aggressive behavior is shown to residents or other pets. We expect the owner to kennel the dog when not home, leash the dog when outside the property, and pick up poop daily. At no time are other residents asked or responsible to feed, walk, or take out your pet. Animals are not allowed on the furniture. If the owner fails to show responsibility, we will ask the pet be housed elsewhere.
