Sharaya Gallozzi Chief Clinical Officer
M.A., LMFT-S, EMDR-Trained
Sharaya has grown alongside Real Deal, joining as Clinical Director when the practice had just two group rooms and four therapists. Today, as Chief Clinical Officer and an LMFT Supervisor, she leads the clinical team and is passionate about mentoring therapists as they develop confidence, authenticity, and their own therapeutic voice.
Her approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy and the belief that clients should feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
Outside of work, Sharaya loves traveling, beaches, hippos, and spending time with her family.
